  2. Can I request to view more than one item at a time?
    • If you’d like to preview more than one item, please call us directly at +94 75 404 7966 to discuss your order. We usually allow customers to compare multiple items in person. However, if you plan to order multiple items online for comparison, please notify us first to avoid misunderstandings.
  3. Third Party Lab Reports
    • We provide in-house reports with all our gemstones and jewelry. If your purchase includes a third-party lab certification (such as from GIA or another reputable institution), this document will be sent separately once the purchase is confirmed. Since third-party certifications are irreplaceable, we only dispatch them after you’ve confirmed you’re keeping the item.
  4. Are all your gemstones listed on your website?
    • No, only around 40% of our collection is featured online. If you’re searching for something specific that isn’t displayed, feel free to reach out to us. We’d be happy to help you find the perfect piece from our full inventory.
  5. What types of gemstones do you offer?
    • We specialize in high-quality, natural colored gemstones, with a particular focus on sapphires in a variety of hues—ranging from classic blues to yellow, pink, color-changing, and the exquisite Padparadscha. Our collection also includes rubies, a wide selection of tourmalines (including the coveted Paraiba, mint, lagoon, and indigo varieties), aquamarines, emeralds, spinels, and garnets of all kinds (like spessartine, tsavorite, and rhodolite). We offer rare gems like zircons, tanzanites, morganites, peridots, and sphenes as well. Additionally, we provide high-quality cultured seawater pearls, including Japanese Akoya, South Sea, and Tahitian pearls.
